My Hours of Contact for 2007

My hours of 'contact' at work, are:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday : 8:00am to 2:00 pm.

Thursday : 8:30am to 2:30pm

Interruptions: (approximate)

I have my Lunch Break at 12:30pm (45 minutes) ( well supposed to have, anyway)
I have departmental meetings Thursdays morning at 8:30am ( every second week; approximately 30 minutes)
I have a senior sub school meeting every first Thursday of the month at 1:30pm (approximately 1 hour)
I have Heads of Department Meetings every second week on Thursday of the month at 2:30pm (approximately 1 hour)
I have school meetings (P-12) every third Thursday of the month at 2:30pm (approximately 1 hour)
